Farm Heroes Super Saga is yet another successful and popular title from the developer which gives you a refreshing gameplay experience, although the idea of the game is still the same. While it offers many new things, the gameplay follows the same format. It is a suitable game for people who are now bored with the Candy Crush levels. On each level, you will find various types of crops, both fruits, and vegetables, since the theme of this game is farming.
You touch and slide to move a piece one space on the farm, in the attempt to match up 3 colored items, either vertically or horizontally. Matching 4 or 5 colors gives you bonus combinations. To clear a level, you have to harvest a specific quota of various kinds of crops, within a limited number of moves.
As you level up, new kinds of pieces and obstacles come in. There are flowers, which take more tries to make them vanish, eggs that have to be matched to hatch them into a chicken, which in turn need to be matched with other chickens to be collected. The board or the farm shape and size keeps changing between levels, which can make some of the levels pretty difficult to clear.
When you complete a level, you are rewarded with in-game cash and boosters which help you in clearing harder levels. You don't necessarily have to shell out your hard-earned money for any of the levels.
You have a limited amount of lives. If you use up all of them, you have to wait for them to be regenerated before you can continue playing. One life is generated after every 30 minutes. The graphics and the visuals are, as usual, appealing and just perfect. The soundtrack is soothing and the audio effects are nice.
