One person found this helpful. The installation process was smooth and the quality was ok. The reason for only giving the product 3 stars was the fact that the sound does not sync with the video.
I have not solved the problem yet, so at the moment after capturing video I need to correct the syncronization in another another program. This product didn't work with my version 14 of Pinnacle Studio so I was forced to buy their Dazzle product. This should work OK if you have an earlier version of Studio.
I bought this item from Amazon for someone and so far so good there has not been any problems with it and I believe its meeting up to its demand.
